Though Doctors have a lot of prescriptions when it comes to preventing those wrinkles, you might want to consider other ways which could be cheaper and more natural regarding wrinkles prevention.

Here are some ways on how you can prevent those wrinkles:

Sleep on your back

Not sleeping with your back would tend to create sleep lines which may become wrinkles.

Washing your face with cold water every morning stimulates micro-circulation and it also regenerates dermal membranes. It is also recommended to have your mouth filled with water while washing your face so that your facial skin would be stretched.

You can try to massage your face with Omega-3 oils as they contain polyunsaturated fatty acids which promotes intracellular repair. Some examples of Omega-3 oils are milk cream, egg oil and almond oil.
