Oregano oil is also known for its antiseptic, antibacterial and antifungal properties. Put a few drops of the oil in the affected area for a few times a day.
Garlic and Vinegar
Garlic contains allicin which as antifungal properties. Crush the garlic and mix it with white vinegar. Soak the affected area on the mixture as long as you feel comfortable.
Bacteria-killing mouth wash
A bacteria-killing mouth wash contains alcohol which acts as an antiseptic and has germ-fighting compounds which also helps on removing fungus.
Lemon has citric acid which helps prevent the fungus from spreading into the other nails. Squeeze the lemon on the affected area for at least 15 minutes and rinse with water afterwards.
